JWF1171D automatic chute feeder is a connecting unit between cards and blowroom unit. It is based on JWF1171 type optimization design, it can use for single unit reformation or apply to new process of Blowing-Carding unit .It has the advantages of reasonable price, complete function, easy maintenance and operation etc.. High efficiency and intelligent autoleveller-AFT032C can improve the sliver evenness, so the weight unevenness for 5m length slivers can be controlled within 1.0%. This new type automatic chute feeder can reduce the waste of machine and materials, and optimize the management of workshop. Especially save labors and improve the quality of sliver.
